By using this site, including the pricing indication wizard and application submission workflow, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
Pricing indications are preliminary and non-binding
Nothing on this site — including the pricing indication, deductible calculator, or a submitted application — constitutes a policy, binder, quote, or offer of insurance. Pricing indications are preliminary estimates based on publicly available California Department of Insurance rate data and simplified multipliers; they are not a filed rating plan. Actual coverage availability, eligibility, deductibles, exclusions, retentions, terms, and final pricing are determined solely by the insurance carrier through underwriting review after you submit an application.
For properties outside California, no computed pricing indication is shown; your submission will receive a custom quote from a licensed broker, since earthquake risk and rating rules vary significantly by state.
Consent to do business electronically
By adopting an electronic signature and submitting the application, you consent to transact business electronically under the federal ESIGN Act and applicable state UETA law. Your typed or drawn signature, consent text, consent version, IP address, device/browser information, and submission timestamp are recorded on an audit page appended to your application PDF. You may request a paper copy or withdraw consent before submission by emailing quotes@bollinsure.com.
Your responsibilities
You represent that the information you submit — including property characteristics, construction, retrofit status, and loss history — is true and accurate to the best of your knowledge. Misrepresentation on an insurance application can result in denial of coverage or a claim, rescission of a policy, or other consequences determined by the carrier and applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WJB Services, Inc. and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or reliance on a preliminary pricing indication.
Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from your use of this site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state or federal courts located in California, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
